Oh what a night! Harper Adams takes University of the Year title for a second year running

Last night a group of ten Harper Adams staff and students attended the Whatuni Student Choice Awards in London, while colleagues watched on via social media to find out if the university could match it's success of 2016, when it scooped three gold awards. 

And we did! In fact, the result was one better with Harper Adams becoming the only university to have ever scooped the University of the Year title two years running, retaining gold for Student Support and Job Prospects, and collecting an additional gold for its courses and lecturers. Further recognition included silver awards for Accommodation and Giving Back and bronze for University Facilities, Clubs and Societies, and Students' Union. 

Word spread quickly and congratulations started to roll in from the wider HE sector, staff, students, parents and other university supporters. These awards are all down to student reviews - so credit to the students who took part, and to everone who makes their experience at Harper Adams so good.
